These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of marooncolors.com (the "Site"), operated by Maroon Colors. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
The service
Maroon Colors is a gallery of color palettes. We provide palette combinations, hex and RGB color codes, and related tools (such as copying codes and downloading palette images) free of charge.
Use of palettes
All color palettes published on the Site are free to use for personal and commercial projects, including in products, websites, apps, branding, and artwork, with no attribution required. Color values themselves are factual data and are not owned by us.
Site content and design
Other than the palette color values, the Site's content, text, layout, and design are the property of Maroon Colors or its licensors and may not be copied wholesale or republished as a competing copy of this Site without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, accessing it in a way that imposes an unreasonable load (such as aggressive automated scraping), or misrepresenting the Site or its palettes as your own service.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that colors will render identically on every screen or in print.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maroon Colors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the palettes.
External links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
